How to Setup Email Templates in Zoho Billing

  1. Open Zoho Billing
  2. Go to Settings
  1. Search for “email templates”

Preferences

  • Sender email preferences – this is where the sender’s emails are being configured

  • Email insights – track all the emails send to your customers by enabling-on the toggle button.

You can pre-edit all the templates on going to customers in this section.
